Open "Apps"

Find "Tigrow " app

Open "Mobile data"

Then turn on both buttons

Open "Battery"

Select "Unrestricted"

Going back to the "App Info" section

Find the "Always On Top" feature. It should be enabled.

Device settings are finished.
