For the application to work correctly, you need to check the correctness of all settings.

On the child's phone, please launch "Settings".

Open "Battery"

Open - "Adaptive battery"

Disable the button Use Adaptive Battery

Return to the Settings menu and open "Apps and notifications"

Find the "Tigrow" app

Open "Data usage"

Enable both permissions

Go back and select "Battery"

Open  "Battery optimization"

Click on the arrow as shown in the figure. Choose "All apps".

Find - "Tigrow" app

Choose "Don't optimize"

Phone setup completed successfully.
