Setting for huawei 8

If your child has a Huawei smartphone with Android version 8 or more, then for the Tigrow  application to work properly, you need to make some settings.

Open the settings

Open "Apps"

Find "Tigrow"

Open "Battery"

Deactivate both buttons

Go back and hit settings

Open "Special access"

Open "Ignore battery optimization"

Click on the arrow and select all apps

Find "Tigrow" and click Allow

Open "Unrestricted data access"

Find "Tigrow" and turn on the button
